In a recent Instagram post, Olivia Munn responds to a comment about her luscious hair, explaining that things are not always as they look, as she is currently battling a bout of postpartum hair loss.
“Can I just have your hair for one day please?” asks fashion designer Amber Farr in a comment on her post. “Ummm it’s falling out in clumps post partum,” Munn responds. “I’ll let you have it once I can grow it back and give it to you in better condition.” Farr answers back with, “well you are one stunning mummy.”
Back in March, Munn revealed that she was “happy but struggling” with a newborn. “Everyone’s asleep except me,” she says on her Instagram stories according to People, which featured her posing in a mirror selfie at 2:00 in the morning. “Been wearing the same sweatshirt for three days (I think, maybe more?). I’m pretty sure that’s spit up on my shirt,” she adds.
Her hair loss is just another struggle of being a new mother, but based on her previous positive attitude, we’re confident Munn will get through it in no time. “I’m so so happy and at the same time I’m struggling (weird to feel both simultaneously yet so grateful to have all the happiness to keep me afloat),” she says.
