Silky Touch Highlighter is a new powder highlighter:

- Can also be used as an eyeshadow to give the eyelids a sheen

My Review
Rare Beauty Silky Touch Highlighter – Exhilarate
Before I even touched these highlighters, I just fell in love with the way they look in the pan. They are just so stunning!
The formula is intensely pigmented, so I suggest starting with a very light hand, as I think it can be very easy to over apply. This is a highlighter that really doesn’t mess around!
Rare Beauty Silky Touch Highlighter – Enlighten
The texture is light and silky, rather the creamy, as the same would suggest, and the finish has a soft twinkly sparkle. There’s a very fine glitter in the finish which is visible on the skin. It’s not crazy glittery but there is definitely a twinkle rather than a completely smooth sheen.

I love the shade range and there’s pretty much something for everyone. I love Exhilarate and Mesmerise, but I think I’d wear all of them.

I am yet to try them on my eyelids, but the Flaunt shade is really calling my name for that!
