I love a quick product like this, that you can use without a mirror and it makes lips look lovely while soothing dryness and irritation.
The formula and also the applicator is pretty reminiscent of the Clarins Lip Oils and the Dior Lip Oils, that have been around for a while. So there is nothing very new here, but it’s a lovely product all the same.
It is FENTY’s first foray into lip oils, which is making fans of the brand very happy indeed! I actually love FENTY lip products, and had an intense obsession with their Slip Shine Sheer Shiny Lipstick when it first launched. The formula is so good. Check out the Review & Swatches.
I have been using FENTY Cherry Treat for a few days now and I think it’s really good. It is super hydrating and moisturising. My lips were feeling a bit on the dry side a few days ago, and had some hard flaky skin towards the centre of the lip. However, they are feeling much softer and smoother after using this a few times a day for a few days.
It’s definitely a great handbag essential as it’s so easy to apply and the large, wide doe-foot covers the lip area really easily and quickly. I also absolutely love how juicy it makes my lips look, without any stickiness.
One coat gives a soft sheen, and you can build it up to really glossy if you like. Plus the cherry smell is pleasant and not at all overwhelming (unless you hate cherry!). It’s a win for me!
